Pros

The people I work with and for and some of the greatest people I've ever met. I was able to move up in the company within 6 months of my start date. Of course, working from home is a huge bonus and gives me peace of mind.

Cons

The work can kind of be inconsistent so it isn't always guaranteed that the position will be a perfect match. The pay could be better, especially with the times changing, they are falling behind a bit.

Great company, great communication, friendly, room for advancement quickly, depending on campaign sometimes over time and sometimes none.

Cons

Pay is horrible… other then that great company Not always able to get 40hrs depending on campaign your working on.
