Pros
I would say that my co-workers are the biggest "Pro" that I could ask for. My co-workers have been kind and welcoming since day 1, they're ALL hard workers and always there if I need help or just a quick mid-day laugh. If that wasn't enough, they're always looking for ways they can improve our processes and are open to suggestions from everyone! Not many places are like that anymore and actually mean it, which means a great deal to me. I had worked at ROI in the past as a customer service representative then I was promoted to a Team Lead. I absolutely love that they stick to their morals and actually promote from within. There are great advancement opportunities here within ROI, it's up to you how far you want to climb!
