Working from home and an amazing support team to help you navigate any campaign you are on!

Cons

Hourly pay could be better and more competitive. Pay from campaign to campaign should never decrease. If you have reached a pay level, moving to another campaign for any reason should not lower your personal pay rate. Somewhere that needs to be absorbed and not by the employee who has earned the higher pay rate.

Pros

ROI has a great team environment and is a great place to pick up new skills and learn about the call center world, The other people who work here make it worthwhile.

Cons

Compensation is not dynamic and is tiered and caped for every position below account management. Their health insurance and other benefits are almost nonexistent while working from home.

I came across ROI one day as I was needing a job from home since at the time I had a 6 month old. I took a chance and it's one I don't regret! I have such an awesome team I work with Monday-Friday! They are always open to help when there is a question but also working with them feels awesome! Like family ❣
