They let you get away with multiple missed days because they can’t keep employees.

Cons

Poor Management, everyday something different was wrong. You could never communicate to management because they would dismiss you. Hostile work environment.

Allows you to work remote. If you are lucky enough to be on a big account you will have growth opportunities and gain experience.

Cons

Lack of any benefits. Can be easy to be stuck in a position if you are stuck with a manager that doesn't want the best for you.
