Pros

Good moral. Empowers agents to fix problems that customers are having. Good advancement opportunities.

Cons

Required computer setup (which took 20-50 min) to be done before clocking in (can't clock in until you are ready to take a call). That amount of time I was working before clocking in, including being on the phone with tech support when there were computer problems, really started to add up.

Pros

ROI has many campaigns to work. The account managers (Angela to be specific) are amazing.

Cons

NONE - the only thing I can think of is other employees being hard to work with but that's any job.
