Consistent schedule each week, decent pay

Cons

Little support for management, micromanaging without direct discuss with employees, poor attitudes from seasoned employees, terrible benefits

Able to work from home

Cons

The pay sucks. No full time benefits. They just recently added a 401k but no PTO sick time., health benefits. Work from Home but only if you have your own windows computer and head set and if you don't, you loose this job. Company doesn't reward employees for their hard work nor do they acknowledge.
