Pros

Sit at a desk with a bathroom 20 feet away and the lunchroom close.

Cons

Angry customers, no ability to help the customers, lying, cheating, stealing, and lots of people ending with "I give up"

Pros

on the 1 in a million chance you get a decent department it may be good (for a week then you get transferred just because)

Cons

1. Low pay (never get raises) 2. Could be fired at any moment if the client just doesn't like you or want you (seen it happen to good agents) 3. Very bias, seen some agents show up late every day for months and not even a warning had a close friend he called in sick once (when they NEVER call in sick) and had a write up and warning and put on probation..no joke 4.You work with 80% convicts and criminals who smoke weed in the bathrooms 5.ROI is at the mercy of the clients they work for and they can fire you demote you transfer you away and just pull the whole department whenever they want. 6. 0 benefits to the company you run customer service for. 7.ROI benefits you do get are terrible 8. They will force you to change your hours and departments without your say so or input. 9. Literally had rats roaming around no joke. DO NOT WORK HERE. Its dangerous and risky and simply not worth it id rather work anywhere else.

Pros

Good environment and they make a lot of activities.

Cons

I did not like the fact that they stress people out on having a lot of calls per minutes. Plus they will write your name on the board with your results, which I did not like. and the job is so boring.
