      Got a free trip to NYC.

      Cons

      All the boys in Charlotte are just a joke. All the way to the top and in between in ops. Charlotte leadership just comes to work in the morning after dropping off kids at school and then have 7 hours of conference calls with each other about nothing. Investors should be beware.

      Pay Sucks, Dismal Service

      Laid-Back. Chance to invent (because nothing exists). Decent people

      Cons

      Pay sucks. Systematically fail customers on a daily business. Contractors also underpaid. Try to con their way into positive reviews instead of address the systemic gaps that cause them in the first place. Partnership with customer service team is awful.
