The money was really good and it was flexible

Cons

Upper management does not care about the employees. You will work had to bring in customers for them to hand them off to someone else. Its a boys club and if you're not in the club, you are worth nothing to them.

The pay is lower than average, wanting to get away from the hybrid/remote lifestyle and be back in the office full time
