Pros

Pay was good for role

Cons

Lack of training Onboarding process was terrible Long hours Expected to be on call at all times High turn over rate for people Toxic work culture where people with poor attitudes are celebrated Management speaking poorly about their direct reports to other direct reports Management speaking poorly about their clients Management looking to have people fired in unethical ways Expected to train new hires only 2 weeks into the job No ability to make decisions as a business leader Constantly needing senior leadership approval to do anything or make business decisions Was repeatedly told didn't need to be on certain business calls with important clients No visibility to bonus program or viability to meet the goals for bonus No Overtime pay

The new CEO is sinking the ship!

Pros

If you're willing to put the work in there are great opportunities for growth. Another review said you get what you put in and that's 100% accurate. Talk to the leaders they will tell you they put the work in and the rewards came.

Cons

-Our CEO is completely disconnected. -Moving us from a 3 day in office/2 day home hybrid arrangement, to a 4 day in office/1 day home arrangement, is going to drive down employee satisfaction and CEO approval rating. Employees work longer hours from home when they don't have to commute they are also less distracted with office chatter. -HR leaders are keeping wages down and slowing down the recruitment process by undercutting offers to well qualified candidates. This is draining the talent pool leaving RXO with the lowest talent.
