Good experience to bring somewhere else I guess.

Cons

No idea how they're getting away with paying people this little. Coyote transition is a disaster. No one at the org knows what they're doing. Zero communication from leadership is intentional to keep everyone in the dark so they can spring changes on people with no notice. Outside sales reps are horrible and bring in no new brokerage business.

Cons

Everything bad except salary. If you want to work like slaves then go ahead. HR is way too harsh to talk no management just hush

Good and Bad Divisions

Pros

Out of the many divisions at RXO some are great with people and the upper managers are involved with knowing their people and hardships in their life.

Cons

The RXO dedicated division upper managers do not have a grasp on what their people are going thru in life and are out of touch with their people.
