      Great Low Cost Benefits Flexible Hours -please check Cons- Good Community

      Cons

      Watch out for certain bosses at locations. High amount of hours, most likely to be working 60+ hours a week. Promising start, but they will not advance you to the next clerk level after a year, or years according to others who still work there.

      Disorganized Mess

      Pros

      Some quality dedicated people scattered around the country.

      Cons

      Completely disorganized since the spin off from XPO. If they lose a few people they simply close the office and dump the customers on the next short-handed location. One department was eliminated while the manager was on maternity leave and they informed her the day she returned. Senior management only cares about themselves and that cascade throughout the organization. It's every person for themself.

      Went downhill after spinoff

      Pros

      Individual teams within the company are absolutely terrific; many truly stellar people There's always plenty to do and opportunitites to be creative

      Cons

      Rigid return to office policy that was not even applied equally - "butts in seats" was a weird choice over valuing longtime contributors Woke tendencies in HR have increased; less and less comfortable for conservatives to work there
