      Struggles with Diversity and Inclusion

      Good work life balance and interesting projects

      Cons

      Diversity and Inclusion is not this companies strong suit. In fact there is a racist undertone in most situations and jokes made. Leadership also has no representation of many varieties of POC. The companies also in it's beginning stages and job security is not promised.

      Given offer by ensuring growth and opportunity, which was false commitment from HR and Management

      Cons

      Terminated on the spot without notice saying its a layoff on immediate basis. no compensation was given, no relieving letter. Worst company ever to work with. they jeopardized induvial career. I will suggest if there would be any call from RXO please do not joined this company. They will not value and and will remove you saying its a layoff. I lost my job without proper explanation. Lot of dirty politics.

      Benefits, job security (B/C always understaff), work balance. Coworkers

      Cons

      Terrible pay results in employee turnover results in understaff. Removed bonus/comm a while ago. Removed remote work
