Pros

Driven culture to produce results and grow. This is exciting to be a part of and allows autonomy to build a business. Being asset light allows a differentiation from traditional brokerage that resonates with customers. Executive leadership that is connected to the business and open to dialogue with all employees. Opportunity to drive results and be compensated for your efforts.

Cons

With a growing company we move very quickly and some top level communication does not always make it out to the org on those changes. For our front line employees, the commission plans can be overly complicated.
