management is trash, hourly rate was low and eventually commission structure changed and commission was also low.

Good experience to bring somewhere else I guess.

Cons

No idea how they're getting away with paying people this little. Coyote transition is a disaster. No one at the org knows what they're doing. Zero communication from leadership is intentional to keep everyone in the dark so they can spring changes on people with no notice. Outside sales reps are horrible and bring in no new brokerage business.
