Employees are able to grow in their knowledge base through communication and teamwork amongst the multitude of RXO teams/departments. There are many training opportunities offerered and room for growth at RXO.

Cons

The nature of the logistics industry is very fast-paced and can be stressful. Overall, still a very rewarding job in which employees are supported.
