      Pros? HA! I can’t think of one

      Everything. Training is non existent. Then you will get in trouble because nobody told you something fell under your responsibility. I was even written up for something I was never informed I had to do. I went to HR and they didn’t seem to care. I was essentially blamed and constantly asked what I could have done better. This is just the short version.
