Poor appraisal & Slow Promotions. May be I joined at the time when world economy has started to get into turmoil, customs are cost focused and spending less. That’s why there is less growth everywhere. Poor & lazy sales team - the sales don’t bother to go in the field, don’t visit the customer and are always looking to convert upselling opportunities to new opportunities. Management changes frequently, in my last 4.5 years, 2 CEO & 3 CFO changed. There are changes in middle management as well which slows the overall speed of the organisation. On top of it, every leader comes with a new vision. Implement team is a mess in the organisation. They have broken processes, poor documentation, no handover process.

Great people, but the company is a sinking ship

Good people there, back when we worked in Austin it was awesome at the castle.

Cons

Everything about the company. it is an absolute sinking ship. They do 3-4 different layoffs a yea. Should call it RAJspace with everybody they are replacing.
