      Pros

      My co-workers were great. Everyone there had a great attitude and made working there very enjoyable.

      Cons

      This company did not allow room to grow. Once you are placed in a position you don't have the ability to advance. The way the company is set up is to try and keep workers in one place and not allow any room for advancement. Also, this company is not very generous with wages or giving raises even after long periods of hard work and dedication to this company.

      good company benefits, relaxed working environment, matrix organization, good hiring system.

      Cons

      Below corporate policy is not working: family working in the same department is not tolerant; respect different cultures and diversity. Families working under the same department is allowed, unemployed families are hired, and lower managers must be family's good friends, families support each other, employees appeared worried and afraid, different cultures are not always welcomed by a few families, if you are international expats, be very cautious before sign on the job contract. The employment might be ended worse than never get hired by them. Smart HR: asked all new hires fulfill online company reviews immediately after the new hire training.

      Good place to work if you can present a small thing in a big way.If you want to time pass and just pass your days.all you need to do is use big words and say yes to everything your manager says even if you dont agree.If you have this skill then this is the company for you, specially the Bangalore IDC.

      Cons

      Managers here are Incompetent .Most of the managers are purely peoples managers.They hardly have any technical knowledge , all they want is to present things to upper management. They only promote to old employees associated with company for 2-3 years , It is not based on your capablity.It is not the place for you if you can work hard and prove yourself.
