Pros

Excellent products, fantastic field staff.

Cons

Lots of changes in management and the company is no longer the place the staff love to work at. Employees are no longer valued.

Pros

Excellent work - life balance. Reponsibilities neatly spelled out, nothing extra is usually added. Middle management is working management. Excellent benefits, Salaries very competitive for job title.

Cons

Upper Management is clueless as to what it really takes to work "in the trenches" and views everyone as replaceable without thought. Very political..."open door policy" will hit you in the butt Owned by danaher which means you could be sold, or merged at any time. Nearly impossible to move up without leaving the company due to extreme experience requirements. Has no culture, or values, bottom line is the almighty $$
