      Pros

      You have the space to learn new stuff every day if it's related to your daily duties, of course.

      Cons

      - TL acts as a boss instead of a leader - There's no planning which leads to working after hours every week - FREE extra hours without payment even on weekends - Work/Life balance is null - Fast paced environment which is a mess because of the poor work organization - No functional descriptions and poor user stories

      Interesting problems Top of the line technology Dynamic and high pressure environment Internarnational visibility

      Cons

      No respect whatsoever for personal time Raises are only given when you quit the company, even though it is very deserved Raises are preferablu given to business heads’ buddies No benefits of any kind Extra hours are not paid and you are expected to be available 24/7

      One of the worse place to work

      Home office. Good location. Sport Dress.

      Cons

      They don't make real data science or artificial intelligence. They have a lot of recently graduated people without clear tasks to do. Managers, product people don't know what they want to do. Zero employee benefits.
