      - Lots of work to grow as a professional - Your work contributes to the company's growth and you can actually see/feel your work affecting the KPIs - Lots of software design challenges and balance of tradeoffs for technical decisions

      - impossible organization, not very good communication between teams - Big difficulty to accept errors for some teams and lots of developer ego getting between new and old technical approaches - If manager don't get along... don't worry you will know

      Excellent work environment. You learn a lot. It's a pretty horizontal company. No work schedule. The StartUp environment make you face giant challenges. At Rappi are you going to find the most brilliant minds in Latin America. Best place to work on Latin America.
