Pros

Ninguno realmente, no te dan seguimiento claro o te dejan en visto, a pesar de tener las ganas de aportar a su equipo, no te dan claridad de el proceso

Cons

Poca retroalimentacion, no te confies si te dicen que fuiste seleccionado y que cuanto tiempo tienes para unirte y que en los proximos días te enviaran el contrato, es un gancho y no te asegura nada conforme a lo que comento.

Pros

-Talented young people in the team

Cons

-CEO has created a culture where their reports are afraid to give him the truth, or pushback. These leads to constant lies, expectations not matching reality, stress and very political C-Level -Culture rewards lying and commiting fraud to get ahead. eg: Commercial teams onboards a restaurant 10-20 times (same restaurant) to hit quota and earn commissions, commercial leaders turn a blind eye to this fraud (because they are pushed to hit quota too and unrealistic targets do not match the number of leads in the market). -Top leaders and early employees are grossly over-compensated and given that Stock Options are now widely known to be worthless, these people have been receiving huge pay raises in the past 2 years to keep them on board. This in turn has increased payroll pressure on finances, and junior staff have been laid off every 6 months on average over the past 2 years. Company doesn't even have cash for severance payments, and severed employees are made to sign delays on severance packages of up to 6(!) months.
