      Good learning opportunities, Many Brands, Co-team members always willing to cross-collaborate

      Cons

      HR, Managers and Leadership. Can be a toxic work environment where Managers not equipped to lead are promoted and mismanage and blame employees for their lack of mentorship. HR exists in name only, no action against managers across many cases and no consideration for feedback. Promotional cycle too long, hostility within certain teams.

      Mediocrity in all functions, mediocre leadership team, not walking the talk, political mess where all that matters is try to please the boss who’s trying to keep the share price up whilst the share price keeps falling down
