Pros
If you like progression, Reckitt have plenty of opportunities for you to develop and learn new skills, to develop your career. The starting salary is amazing, and the job not being too strenuous. They offer great perks, for example: Stock purchase scheme, where you can put from £5-£500 into their stock each month and you get a 20% discount, I max this out and at the end of the three year period, it is a free 20% increase with extra (if the stock goes up). If the price falls below what you paid, you don't lose anything, it's risk free! The pension is the best scheme I've been with. They match 10% of your pay check every month, and you don't have to put anything 3lse towards it if you don't want too! The canteen is lovely, nice food Monday to Friday, cheaper than most places due to being subsidised. The people are nice, professional, and understanding, which makes it a nice place to want to go to work.
Cons
Will have to work night shifts, also If you get put on continentals, you will have to work weekends. However I do prefer being 4 on 4 off. There is more work life balance, so I guess this is a pro.
