What I love about the company is the emphasis on inclusion and diversity, the focus on developing the ERG's and relentless pursuit to attract diverse talent. A note on the Global Talent Acquisition - we are pioneers at Reckitt. The level of investment into new technology within the TA space is so exciting. We're going above and beyond to predict the future and move with the current and imminent changes across the Talent industry.
