Pros

If you like progression, Reckitt have plenty of opportunities for you to develop and learn new skills, to develop your career. The starting salary is amazing, and the job not being too strenuous. They offer great perks, for example: Stock purchase scheme, where you can put from £5-£500 into their stock each month and you get a 20% discount, I max this out and at the end of the three year period, it is a free 20% increase with extra (if the stock goes up). If the price falls below what you paid, you don't lose anything, it's risk free! The pension is the best scheme I've been with. They match 10% of your pay check every month, and you don't have to put anything 3lse towards it if you don't want too! The canteen is lovely, nice food Monday to Friday, cheaper than most places due to being subsidised. The people are nice, professional, and understanding, which makes it a nice place to want to go to work.

Cons

Will have to work night shifts, also If you get put on continentals, you will have to work weekends. However I do prefer being 4 on 4 off. There is more work life balance, so I guess this is a pro.

Pros

I joined the business 5 months ago, operating across multiple business units and locations. What was clear from the offset is that this business has successfully instilled a culture in which people can thrive in bringing their real authentic selves to work. People have fun. People actually eat lunch together in the office! Collaboration is evident throughout and excellence is truly celebrated. It's a fast paced, forward thinking organisation that is in continuous pursuit of excellence - a key reason I chose to join the company and it hasn't disappointed. What I love about the company is the emphasis on inclusion and diversity, the focus on developing the ERG's and relentless pursuit to attract diverse talent. A note on the Global Talent Acquisition - we are pioneers at Reckitt. The level of investment into new technology within the TA space is so exciting. We're going above and beyond to predict the future and move with the current and imminent changes across the Talent industry. The Global Leadership team are forward thinking and genuinely care about the 'what next', providing the TA team with the resources needed to thrive at present and in the future state

Cons

I'd love more global travel?
