      Pros

      The talent at Reckitt is extremely strong - some of the most intelligent and strategic people in the industry. Upper management truly cares about the people and tries to get to know everyone personally. I believe the compensation at Reckitt is very good compared to the industry. Reckitt is truly changing/has changed for the better- focusing more on people and culture. Upper management has embraced this change in the US.

      Cons

      Improvement still needed on diversity in management roles in certain commercial functions. Some "old Reckitt" mentality still remains which can be harmful to the culture progress.

      Base salary is low compared to rest of the market Offices are in Slough and therefore difficult to commute

      no pros of working here at executive level as here you cannot go beyond executive if hired at executive level. managers without experience and knowledge keep getting promotions.

      Cons

      no stability in the company. no processes are structured. every year they come up with some new whims and then implement with dedication. no job security.
