Pros

Good food, nice coffee, open office concept - that's pretty much it.

Cons

Reckitt consist of functions segregated into extremely long line of hierarchical structure- this is a sign that the company will never have any breakthrough products if they don't take drastic action. Communication is unclear and decisions flow from top-down. Approval process takes a painfully time to get done. Some people strive to impress their bosses, and take advantage of those reporting to them by forcing them to do menial tasks while taking credit for their work. Performance rating is at the mercy of your manager, and if you don't do as you are told , they could always mark you down badly in the performance rating and make up excuses. There is clearly no sounding board for such issue for this bias.
