Cons

No personal time, Management doesn't know what they want, new ideas are not implemented/appreciated. We lose self-confidence and get fake support

Pros

The company offers wide ranges of tasks & opportunities. People are generally nice.

Cons

The company doesn't care about employee satisfaction or work condition. They seem to seek exploitation whenever opportunities arise. The leadership seem to not know what they are doing. No actions taken toward underperforming employees which demotivates the rest of the team greatly.
