Pros

None. I put one star for career opportunities as some people do go up but they have to become someone they are not.

Cons

Was promised in the interview that you will be on 3 shifts (earlies, afters and nights). Reality is that they, the ATL's decide what shift your on every Thursday. They try plan shifts two weeks in advance but that is debatable. They can also, if they fancy it put you on nights for 17 weeks solid. It was also promised 3 months training on th ejob in the form of a buddy system. But that buddy never materialised and if they do it is for literally a few minutes a day at best. Get put onto a line to run with no training and then the ATL's start demanding things off you like you are a fully qualified mantech. The ATL's are non supportive, biased and not interested in your concerns. So don't raise them. In fact if you do challenge them they are intimidating, patronising, hostile and degrading towards you. They make insinuating remarks about your work and attack your character. Ultimately they resort to aggressive bullying tactics. Approach with caution.

Pros

A lot of international people in Marketing (if you are a MBA graduate from a top school, this would tick you off since these guys probably just did a 3 year degree in Arts or Science and started working for RB in Europe in sales and then in a few years got sent to the US as Senior Brand Managers or Marketing Directors) Fast Paced (lots of chaos for those who can thrive on it) Good Training Ground (if you want to be great in Trade Marketing, not good for brand management training because everything is very short term and sales focused, no concept of investing in brands and building equity like J&J, Unilever or P&G)

Cons

Work Life balance would need to be compromised Unclear management requires multiple rounds of rework Mid to low tier schools also being hired for MBA entry level positions so dont spend the extra $$$ on a top tier MBA. If you want to work here, a second tier MBA would also do. Overall salary is made to look competitive on paper because of large bonus component, but we all know, you cannot always meet all KPIs for getting a max on bonus.
