      Never a dull day. True business ownership

      Pros

      At RB, you are challenged every day. I feel a true sense of business ownership at every level of my marketing career. Promotions are very fast bc they know they need to reward - pay to play. Bonuses on a good yr are amazing vs the competition. Sales Conf this yr is in Hawaii!! Industry leading growth.

      Cons

      Commute from nyc/hoboken sucks. Sometimes the constant pressure can stress us all out. In a bad yr, bonus can be next to nothing. Management likes me and respects my work, but if they hate you - watch out! (or find a new job). Overload of meetings - but not more than other CPG.

      Tough culture and you may come up with an story you have to sell to management even if you don't believe in it.... that's really discouraging
