      Work hard, work hard, work hard. Lean organization. What have you done for me lately mindset. No work-life balance to speak of, unless you are really good at prioritizing and are disciplined with your time. No Mat Leave top up (in Canada). The company will do what's good for the company, not always what's good for the employee
