      1) They pay you well and grow you fast 2) Facilities are good

      Cons

      1) Politics- You are promoted basis your relation with your manager, your capability to just deliver numbers and your caliber doesn't play any role 2) Culture- There is no culture except numbers 3) Employee consideration- employees doesn't exists for them, they are concerned about only revenue 4) Integrity and ethics- this company promotes unethical behavior by neglecting unethical things done to achieve the numbers
