Pros

*You will not be micromanaged. *You won't be stuck in one focus (unless you want to be a SME) and can grow across your function/business. *While other CPG's are going downhill RB is making the right moves for growth. *Fast paced. You won't be slowed down by unnecessary processes. *You'll get direct feedback and not the fluff other companies may dish out - depending on your personality you may not like that, but I'd rather know where I stand so I can adjust/grow. *RB is one of the few CPG's that offer International rotations outside Director level. *Diversity and it comes organically, HQ has a great mix of cultures and background. *Awesome brands. *Generous vacation.

Cons

*Other CPG's are pumping a lot of money into office facelifts and pockets of HQ may disappoint depending on where you're coming from. *Some teams embrace WFH better than others, the company needs to adjust its mindset on this to help attract/retain top talent. I think they're warming up to it. *You can have long hours at times but honestly what company don't you find that in nowadays, especially CPG. If you work in a competitive industry it's the nature of the beast.

Cons

don't really understand emotional marketing local markets aren't very happy - huge pressure and not always very nice people a lot of pressure to perform, if you don't make your numbers you are in trouble be prepared to move in short timings as without moving you will struggle to get promoted
