Pros

International opportunities Fast moving environment New open plan offices - no expense spared!!

Cons

Expected to be available 24/7 Lack of communication from US management team Lack of appreciation - No recognition for work done, always focused on what has not yet been done You will get promoted if you are liked by management, it is not necessarily backed up by performance

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits. Opportunities for advancement to Europeans, and young internationally mobile Americans. Technically-limited can advance to R&D management.

Cons

Limited opportunities to older American employees, most of whom have been forced out. Style favored over substance. Two tier employee system is actually acknowledged and supported by management. Upper class - 'High Potentials', Europeans Lower class - the rest
