Pros

Everyone at Reckitt is overall amazing to work with. Most people are really helpful and will go out of their way to support you and answer any questions. The leadership and people at Reckitt understand that work isn't always the #1 priority in life and I've seen Reckitt leadership support colleagues in tough life situations (going above and beyond).

Cons

The company is a little marketing heavy in their focus so sometimes being in R&D can be tough especially when your voice seems to have less priority.

- summer fridays (we finish at 2pm - birthday leave (1 additional day) - health leave (1 additional day to have medical check up) - volunteer leave (2 additional days) - many events, parties and integrations - huge discounts on products, frequent packages for employees - overall good atmosphere

Cons

- there is always tons of work to do, if you have manager without healthy approach to work you will suffer from overworking badly
