Pros

Work and personal life balance is perfect. Such an understanding company who in all the areas I've seen understand that everyone has a personal life that comes first. They trust people from day 1, meaning you can be trusted to do what you need when you need, and therefore getting the best from employees who feel they can excel in an adult environment. Its also nice knowing that we are built on the basis of trying to make the world a healthier and more hygienic place. We're doing the right things and that extends through the company... always do the right thing.

Cons

Im struggling to think of any but maybe more access to products on site (site shop in HQ)... but I literally can't think of anything else.
