Reckitt gives its pace allows you to get exposure and learn many different sides of the business and processes in a quick amount of time with a bright group of people

Cons

The company expects work and profit above all else so any value for people, team, motivation and personal growth is of the lowest priority. Gender pay gap and growth in the organization is limited
