Pros

-money was decent although many people in that company are grossly over-paid and others are underpaid & undervalued so depends what 'rank' you are. - the office was nice - if you're their type of person you may do well. But it takes a certain personality to thrive here.

Cons

- workloads are unrealistic - strong hierarchy enforced, "them vs us" culture - blame game culture - genuine or nice people don't stay in this company for very long, from what I've witnessed. only certain type of people make it far in this place. You have to be two-faced or a sycophant to stay. Most people take themselves very seriously and the atmosphere is cold and uneasy as a result. - uses the term "mental health awareness" as a way to virtue signal but the company does not support staff MH in any practical way. - nepotism is huge problem here. The managers are all friends with each other outside of work & only those inside their group seem to get promoted. From what I witnessed.

Pros

It’s just a job. No pros other you get some relevant experience in your field and can move on after a year or so

Cons

Extreme workload, no work-life balance. Micromanaging, authoritarian management. You will be doing the job of three people for the salary of one.

Pros

Colleagues and food are great!

Cons

Culture is not at all what the organisation says it is. The organisation says it's people centric, putting the people at the heart - but it does not. Quite the opposite and seems to like to give the appearance that it is only for the benefit of shareholders. It's very short-sighted and focuses only on achieving results again for the benefit of the shareholders or to satisfy the board, not the employee. A lot of wellbeing and diversity washing. Transformation after transformation with nothing particularly transformational.
