Pros

None, other companies can give the same or even better.

Cons

-Absolutely zero work-life balance, my health has deteoriated and boss is torturing me mentally. -You will be slogged like a slave, expected to work until 12am daily with no rest. Despite this, you are constantly being doubted for your hardwork. - no recognition at all. - You work for almost every weekend and be prepared to be given only 2 days off. - Management expect you to do everything and question you with sarcastic remarks if you do not meet his overly high expectation. - PROTECT your health and family time, THINK TWICE, unless you are in huge debt.

Pros

You meet some decent sensible ppl who can help you shape your career , and not always within RB.

Cons

Targets are a joke. If u can do 10 they will say do 100 and it's written in stone. You wanna make bonus? Do 120. These targets come from regional global jokers without ANY market understanding or research. They give u some money and cut 5x more of that with this nonsense program called productivity. Simple reason is , the company glory days are over with the acquisition of MJ and the influx of P&G hires. Worst combo u can imagine in the FMCG world. Cutting all corners to protect a dime, impacting Market share everywhere and add on the horrific supply chain - constant out of stock constant repackaging constant formula update what not. An absolute nightmare. Join Reckitt for a year , learn some pnl management and move on cause this company no longer has any decency in their expectations. It's exhausting.

Good benefit but can be extremely fast pace and lack of visibility

Pros

Good time off, new employee starts with 20 PTO and 3 floating holidays. We have summer Friday too. The company sometimes surprises us with a random time off or early dismissal. Company sends out care package with tons of company goods once a while.

Cons

Very fast pace, which is good and never boring. Can learn a lot for those new in their career. But it can be chaotic from time to time, decisions are made without thorough discussion and ends up going back and forth and being pulled into all the different directions. Seems to be quite hard to get a bonus. Very high turnover rate so constantly interacting with new people.
