Pros

Lots of Overtime, great benefits, room for advancement with tenure. Large company with numerous plants, products, and brands. There is always something new coming down the pipeline and steady growth in all the categories: Health, Home, and Hygiene.

Cons

Work to Home life is very unbalanced, RB will work you 60+ hours a week, 12+ hours a day. Some stretches of 10-15 days without a day off with 12-hour days mixed in. Great opportunity for a young, single, and ambitious employee.

Great Company if you transferred to NJ from Europe!

Pros

Company store. Occasional open-bar event at work during the work day.

Cons

Cut-throat! If you're not from RB Europe or Australia, you won't go anywhere. Forget about HR as they are either in bed with the bad managers or too incompetent to realize that they should stop the poor treatment of lower level employees by higher level managers.
