You can learn a lot about the Supply Chain. The company offers a lot of possibilities to move through the supply chain positions.

Cons

It's very time consuming. If you want to have a sucesufull carrier you have to be very dedicated and able to manage a lot of stress.

Big Brands and well known company. Company shop and canteen

Cons

Experienced managers are made redundant and replaced with incompetent and inexperienced younger people. Cost cutting is top of mind for managers, customer service team is thinned out and 3 people are expected to do work that was done by 5 people previously. No support for new staff, poor training and constant pressure and criticism from top. Managers hide behind HR to throw criticism and are unable to handle staff that question their unrealistic expectations. Communication is only from top down, constructive feedback from staff is frowned upon. One can be put into performance management or even shown the door if show concerns about the workload. Only go here if you have no life commitments and are happy to work 10 hr days and live under constant stress, pressure and back stabbing.
