Pros

Decent Salary, that's pretty much it.

Cons

Very political, extremely poor work life balance, blame and bullying culture, lack of investment in resources (still using Windows xp until Jan 2016), autocratic, aggressive management, extremely high turn over of staff (I had 3 new managers in 8 months). Health and Safety not valued. Very much a 1980's culture, the Peter Principle is alive and well at RB. If you're a yes person that loves working long hours and doesn't mind being stabbed in the back on a daily basis this is the place for you.

Pros

Lots of new stuff happening so you get to learn a lot

Cons

things change almost every week - change is good but not when you keep jumping from one position to another. Staff barely keep themselves above the water until they are made redundant or burn out. A lot depends on who your manager is and how well he/she is positioned in the diplomatic corridors.
