Worst MNC in Malaysia

Pros

In RIA Malaysia, we practice no mask policy. Whenever you arrive office, you are allow to take off your mask immediately and walk around. Don't worry because all bosses and other staffs also do the same. Perfect for those who feel difficulty to breath and want freedom from mask. Boss will help you if you got covid. You may continue come to office.

Cons

Arrogant boss. Always like to raise his voice and being childish to his staff. Feel not comfortable when he always scold people in the meeting and show no respect to his staff. Worst workplace in Plaza Sentral compare to Q Sentral where we originally sitting at. No budget with all low cost office and equipment. Q Sentral has building security access, renovated clean toilet, clean nice comfortable workplace. Plaza Sentral Block 2B level 11 like ghost area with low light. Toilet is super duper dirty. They feel very proud. No career development and growth is super low and slow. US and Spain is not trusting and empower people in Malaysia. Not fair to everyone. Some people can choose wfh all the time. Some people can choose wfh 4 days a week. And some have to force to come 3 days to office and 2 days in office. And US team working in MY can decide on their own. No bonus and no increment for covid time.

Unfair to IT Department in Malaysia

Pros

Good working environment in Q Sentral but no more for IT. Can learn to work in multi culture and can understand how money transfer works.

Cons

Used to be great working in Q Sentral in Kuala Lumpur. But they tricked their employee by signing offer letter which stated to work in Q Sentral but actually later will move to Plaza Sentral which is a terrible 20 years old building. Why did you treat IT staffs so unfair and moved us from good working environment to a old building with lousy office? Why didn't management appreciate us but treat us like third world country staff? Every IT staff is complaining but they pretend don't know and insists to move us.
