Pros

seems to be flexible to work from home but you end up more busy than in office and boss still think you are very free at home.

Cons

Totally unorganised, no training, no communication. Boss needs u to guess what they really want. Try to test you all the time rather than train you and get work done efficiently.

Pros

Tenure gives you some flexibility, depending on manager Annual bonus, though like compensation, it isn’t based on performance but rather rapport with those on the top Benefits are improving, but are still not very competitive

Cons

Compensation and bonus based on rapport not actual job performance nor on how well the company is doing Though less, there’s still harassment that gets overlooked by HR They rather let go of current talent instead of adjusting salary and bring in new talent at higher pay without the experience and the expertise of existing talent

One of the disappointing experience of my life.

Pros

Just that it is a multinational nothing else

Cons

Waste of time. Ungrateful employers. Favoritism and Bullying. No respect of those who gave it its current status through dedication and sacrifices. Managers promoting whoever might not be better or capable of replacing them in the near future (in term of ambition). If people say one should employ people that are better than them, it is the complete opposite at RIA financial . It is more like employ people that are not better, but if they are, manipulate them, mainly the loyal, dedicated and hard working one, suck their blood out and get rid of them as soon as you can and mainly if they are getting too good or too ambitious. Replace them with newbies and start the manipulative wheel again.
