I have worked at Ria for over 4 years and have seen them mature as they have grown and grown rapidly. As expected, there are growing pains but they have made changes to improving benefits, bringing in better management and events at work are fun and impactful.

Cons

As the company grows, I hope they provide better opportunities for internal employees to be moved up.

incredibly small space to work, 4-5 colleagues in 3 sq. m. small wages. awful customers. non bullet proof window. pressure to work on salary days.
