      Very Dramatic but Flexible Hours

      Pros

      Good job to have while being in school because of flexible schedules If you work in a nice store, you have good friends to work with, it can be a good environment

      Cons

      Managers take emotional tantrums on employees. There is little to no growth possibility. Allegedly, they hire Spanish speaking people because they are “hardworking” (they do a lot and do not get compensated enough) Raises and bonuses system is not fair

      Internal culture is very diverse and inclusive, you feel part of a team. Perfect place if you like to learn as you go and can put in the hours to progress, when you have limited knowledge or experience from before but are keen to develop.
