      Pros

      Good benifet package. Great vacation package.

      Cons

      Going above and beyond is the standard. They require you to always be available to the PMs even though nothing can usually be done after 6 pm. You get looked down for leaving on time even if you have all your work done.

      Pros

      There are possible bonuses at the end of year roughly 3-5% of your salary. The annual increase can vary but I have gotten 5%. Title change increases are pretty good.

      Cons

      I personally do not like setting goals for year because there times you can’t reach them or have to switch your goals. This can affect your annual increase.

      Pros

      If you put the time, effort, blood, sweat and tears into the company, you will see your efforts pay off. It also helps engage with everyone while building connections within the company; after all, Rosen is very culturally driven. With the proper guidance and patience, you will soon feel like part of the evergrowing family

      Cons

      Wages could be higher, but the benefits are by far some of the best I've seen.
