Company has some of the best hardware in the business. Heavy focus on R&D.

Cons

Software to back up hardware is lacking, leading to most of the challenges of the job being workarounds for when software fails. Management has long term goals but struggles to execute improvements that would make those goals succeed. Some departments have limited career advancement opportunities. Work/balance varies wildly depending on department.
