Pros
They have very good training, good HR and the usual office bonuses.
Cons
You are worked like a dog to crank out reports, and will accept contracts with ridiculous deadlines full well knowing their employees will have to work well over their contracted hours. If you put the time as overtime you will get in trouble for assigning to much to the budget. I have been told before to just "suck it up". The place is a revolving door for graduates as it is very top heavy and they need lower down report jockeys to write their reports. You do not do anything else but write the same reports over and over.
