Work-life balance is #1 here with the hybrid schedule. Maternity/Paternity Leave benefits are amazing. Marketing team is a great group of women and men. Great manager who does not micromanage. Insurance is cheap compared to other companies.

Cons

Can not have a working spouse on your insurance.

Pros

Great culture, great people, The company is transparent and welcoming to all. Work life balance is the best I have seen in my career so far and you are rewarded and recognized for your hard work.

Cons

This is just maybe me being extra critical and trying to think of a con to be fair, but I do think that there is a huge divide between the different disciplines and wish maybe more familiarity across the company was the norm.
